Everyday around the world teens are killing themselves. There are many reasons for suicide. Stress, bullying, cyber- bullying, abuse, post traumatic stress disorder, and many other harmful and tragic events that could cause a person to suicide. Many people say suicide is for the 'weak', however, for anyone to take such punishment mentally or physically and not cause any physical harm to anyone else other than themselves is anything but weak. Only when the final string holding their life breaks is when they decide to end it all. Not many people could take their own lives away, and to do such an act is an obvious fact that he/she was in dire need for help. In a sense it takes a mentally strong but broken person to take their own life. No one wants to die, unless it ends the punishment they have endured.
Suicide of Jadin Bell
Jadin Bell, born June 4, 1997 in La Grande Oregon. Jadin Bell was 15 years old when he killed himself in February 3, 2013 in La Grande, Oregon. Jadin attended La Grande High School. Jadin was gay and was cyber-bullied and bullied for it. Jadin was constantly bullied, until he could not take it anymore and committed suicide by hanging himself on the playground of a nearby elementary school. Jadin was still alive when he was taken to the hospital, however, on life support and unresponsive. Jadin was removed from life support and succumbed to the hanging.
Jadin's death, like many other teens could have been prevented with stronger enforcement against bullying and taking the bullying more serious. With moderate monitoring of his internet business, the cyber- bullying could've been completely or at least partially removed from Jadin's life. In school Jadin could have started with informing family, friends and trusted adults that would lend a helping hand. Jadin could have joined the LGBT chat or call suicide prevention.
Many teens in High School and Middle School have surely thought of suicide. Suicide attempts are always never obvious and teens try to hide hints giving away their pain, trying not to make it a burden for anyone else. Other times teens are making their last cry for help, lurking for a smile or at least a talk to help them in their time of need. Sadly their last cries are never heard and the teen commits suicide. Only after the suicide happens is there a wide broadcast of news networks and people saying their condolences. Too late to make a change towards the dead teen and his or her dead family. Not too late for other teens and their families, however, even with precautions, warnings, enforcement, teens will always still find a reason to commit a suicide.

Anger Management
Anger is caused when someone is mad, sad or annoyed. Being mad can cause a person to act differently, it can cause great harm to other people or the person angry. There are many ways to help ease your anger. Breathing in and out, seeking a counselor, speaking with friends or family members, speaking with professionals, attempting other simple do it yourself fixes to help you calm down. All of this is anger management and can really help you. Anger management can not only help you but everyone around you, by being more calm you will have more friends, seem friendlier, and overall more like able. Resorting to violence or uncontrollable screaming is never the best option unless completely necessary.
To control your anger you must first be willing to take the effort, most of the time it is always worth it and depending on the situation it can take only a few minutes. These three ways to control your anger are very simple and effective. Breathing in and exhaling out slowly. By breathing in and out you can calm down, a reason for this is because breathing uses many nerves and helps change the state of mind. Another way to control your anger is to count with your fingers from 10 or higher, or counting in reverse. Counting in reverse especially helps because your brain stays occupied on something else rather than what is causing you anger. Counting in reverse challenges your brain more than counting forward, due to most people counting forward on a daily basis. The third way to help control your anger is by exercising. Exercising helps you control your anger because it keeps your mind even more preoccupied on something else rather than your annoyance, by exercising you can steam off your anger while helping your body out.
A person would require anger management when they cause obvious harm, physically or mentally. Hitting a wall can cause self harm, vandalism, and can even harm others. Anger can hurt both parties involved mentally. Saying hurtful words can cause major harm mentally to a weak person. If the angry person is getting worse it can be time to get effective anger management, this can be professional help.
